Our Palladino Promise* offers customers a piece of mind when they purchase a certified pre-owned vehicle from any of our dealerships, driving away with confidence knowing you made the right decision. If you aren't in the market to purchase your vehicle but are looking to sell your car, we will buy it from you. We also service all makes and models for maintenance, recalls and repairs. Our parts departments offer an array of OEM parts along with accessories to personalize your vehicle.

Market Value Pricing Tired of negotiating and dealing with inflated used vehicle pricing? Well you  won't find any of that here! Every vehicle is priced according to the real time market with no hidden fees. Our prices are determined by rigorously analyzing local, regional and provincial markets. Each person gets the same, no-hassle, low price.

7 Day Exchange Policy If you change your mind regarding your purchase, don't worry, you have 7 days to  exchange it*. *Vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was at delivery. Exchange must be for equal or greater value and can have no more than an additional 1,000km from the date of purchase. Maximum one-time exchange. The Palladino Promise Seven Day Exchange Policy is not applicable to clients of the PLS Program.

Red Carpet Experience We thoroughly inspect every used car we sell, giving you the confidence to  know what you are purchasing when you buy a vehicle. Whether you are looking for a fully reconditioned used vehicle backed by an available warranty or are just looking for inexpensive transportation that is value priced, we have the right vehicle for you. Our Palladino Certified vehicles receive a 120+ point inspection, that often exceeds standard certification requirements. We are happy to share the reconditioning that was completed for a fully transparent process.

We Cover The Little Things We will repair or replace any defective light bulbs, wiper blade inserts, key  fob batteries and vehicle batteries (*excluding hybrid or electric vehicles) for the first 6 months, or up to 5,000km from the date of purchase.

3 Years of Tire Storage Allow us to store your tires and worry about the heavy lifting, at no cost to you  for 3 years.
