Are Palladino Auto Group cars certified?
Yes! Unless clearly identified the vehicle is sold as-is, all Palladino Auto Group vehicles go through a comprehensive series of inspections. They are also backed by our Palladino Promise which ensure you drive away with confidence knowing you made the right decision with your certified pre-owned vehicle purchase.
Where does the Palladino Auto Group get their cars?
The majority of pre-owned vehicles in our inventory come from trade ins but we also buy vehicles outright from customers, buy from wholesalers and auctions.
How are your prices so great?

We use market value pricing to price all our pre-owned vehicles to ensure we're competitive within not only the local market but at the provincial and national level as well. Our sophisticated software program allows us to see current trends and statistics based on very similar criteria and we promise that we're always on top.

Every vehicle is priced according to the real time market with no hidden fees. Our prices are determined by rigorously analyzing local, regional and provincial markets. Each person gets the same, no-hassle, low price.
7 Day Exchange Policy If you change your mind regarding your purchase, don't worry, you have 7 days to exchange it*. *Vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was at delivery. Exchange must be for equal or greater value and can have no more than an additional 1,000km from the date of purchase. Maximum one-time exchange. The Palladino Promise Seven Day Exchange Policy is not applicable to clients of the PLS Program.

Whether you are looking for a fully reconditioned used vehicle backed by an available warranty or are just looking for inexpensive transportation that is value priced, we have the right vehicle for you. Our Palladino Certified vehicles receive a 120+ point inspection, that often exceeds standard certification requirements. We are happy to share the reconditioning that was completed for a fully transparent process.
We Cover The Little Things We will repair or replace any defective light bulbs, wiper blade inserts, key fob batteries and vehicle batteries (*excluding hybrid or electric vehicles) for the first 6 months, or up to 5,000km from the date of purchase.
3 Years of Tire Storage Allow us to store your tires and worry about the heavy lifting, at no cost to you for 3 years.
